Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Job Purpose

To manage and grow sales in assigned geography while also providing leadership and oversight for all territory activities. In addition, the location sales representative is responsible for creating a culture in line with the company’s values and managing the territory P&L. Base facility is located in Williamsport, PA. This position will report to the Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow sales within the territory.
  • Meet and exceed performance objectives including unit and margin targets.
  • Support current dealers and recruit and develop new dealers.
  • Sell to farmers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers in assigned territory.
  • Provide best-in-class service to our customers.
  • Execute on Meherrin sales strategy.
  • Stay up to date on products, trends, and technologies.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory count as needed.
  • Attend and participate in industry events (trade shows, field days, etc.)
  • Ensure that all daily activities are aligned with Meherrin’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Adhere to company’s credit policies and procedures.
  • Travel is required and will vary depending on job responsibilities and territory.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Prior outside sales experience
  • Good understanding of agriculture production, products, and agronomics.
