Job Purpose
This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing photo eyes, motor starters, power supplies, limit switches, proximity sensors, pneumatic or automatic conveyors, rollers, lifts, and some robotics within a distribution center. Additionally, the technician will be working to troubleshoot, PM and upkeep automated loaders. Maintenance technicians are also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope). Our experienced Maintenance technicians contribute a unique skillset using preventative maintenance systems, work order tracking through a CMMS. Maintenance technicians have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and may need to operate Arc Welders, Mig Welders and Heliarc® (TIG) Welders for repair, and fabrication. The knowledge to use scissor lifts, Boom lifts and a man basket are preferred. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

- You will use your extensive knowledge to assist entry-level mechanics with difficult repairs.

Do you have an electrical certification, maintenance manufacturing experience, technical school training, or welding experience?
If so, you are likely well-equipped to join the team. We have a robust training program that can benefit you if you have a proven base knowledge of industrial maintenance repair (especially regarding electrical repair multi-craft repairs). Although it’s not required, many managers prefer that candidates have at least two years’ training experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment.
